Kokomo, Ind., April 7 - George W. McKinsey, ex-postmaster of this city, while making a speech to his fellow Republicans in his ward, suddenly cried out, "I am gone!" and was dead, the result of heart failure. During the civil war he served in the 89th Indiana and the 9th Indiana battery.
