Visitation was held Monday, December 14, 2009 from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at S. J. Grontkowski Funeral Home in Plymouth, PA. Funeral services were held 9:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 15, 2009 at Good Shepherd Polish National Catholic Church in Plymouth, PA. Committal prayers and burial followed the services at Good Shepherd Cemetery in Plymouth, PA.
