Born November 10, 1916, in York, he was the son of the late Howard D. and Annie (Neisple) Kottcamp.
Harry retired from American Chain and Cable Company. He was a U.S. Army veteran of WWII. He was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ, Stoverstown, member of Shiloh American Legion Post #791, and other social clubs.
He had a great love for the York Fair, working 40 plus years with his daughter, son-in-law, and grandchildren making Italian sausage sandwiches. Harry will be deeply missed by everyone.
He is survived by a daughter, Beverly J. and husband, Don Burkey of Dover; a son, Larry E. and his wife, Darlene Klinedinst of Dover; five grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren
Burial will be in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens with graveside military services conducted by the York County Veteran Honor Guard.
