MRS. LUCRETIA KNAPP, 89, PASSED AWAY SUNDAY
Mrs. Lucretia Knapp, 89, died Sunday evening at her home, 955 Illinois street. She was a member of the First Christian church of Sheridan and of the Woman's Relief corps of the G.A.R.
Funeral services will be held from the First Christian church, Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Rev. William Lloyd will officiate.
Interment will be in Mount Hope cemetery.
The body is at Reed's funeral home.
The deceased is survived by one daughter, Miss Carrie A. Knapp, and one son, Dr. E. H. Knapp, both of Sheridan; four brothers, William DeNoon of Ottumwa, IA., John E. DeNoon of Centerville, IA; three grandchildren, Melvin R. Knapp of Acme, and Hugh Knapp and Mrs. John Gronski, both of Sheridan. Her husband, Melvin Knapp died Sept. 6, 1924.
