There will be no visitation. Funeral services will be at li a.m. Friday at Hope Chapel in Crest Haven Memorial Garden with Rev. Brett Best officiating. Burial will be in Crest Haven Memorial Garden in rural Claremont. Summers-Kistler Funeral Home in Olney is in charge of
arrangements.
Mrs. Brown was born August 3,1920, in Noble, the daughter of William and Anna Mae (Fryman) VanBlaricum. She married John Edward Brown on November 11,1937. He preceded her in death on
September 21,1995.
She was retired from International Shoe Factory in Olney.
She is survived by two daughters, Marilyn Brown, of Olney, and Barbara Brown, of Olney; son, Gerald "Jerry" Brown, of Seattle, Wash.; four grandsons, Tom Kennedy and his wife, Tammy, of Nashville, John Brown, of Florida, Dennis and David Renfrow, of Olney, and Travis Kennedy; of Nashville; three granddaughters, Tara and Tanya Kennedy, of Nashville, and.Barbie Boles, of Fairfield; great-grandchildren, Dawn Renfrow, of Olney, Jeremy Ralston, of White Hall, Jessica Downen, of Clay City, and Sandy Long, of Hillview; great-great-granddaughters, Shareden Kennedy, of Nashville, Kirstin and Kylie Raison, of White Hall; great-great-grandson, Clay, of Nashville; and a very special little girl, Thoryian
Headley, of Olney.
Mrs. Brown was preceded in death by her parents; husband, John E. Brown; and son, Neil E. Brown.
