SUMMIT — Funeral services for Mrs. Anna Barr. 88, formerly of Dunreath, were held January 26 at the Williams Funeral Home. Knoxviile, with Rev. J. Roland Crandall officiating. Burial was in the Dunreath Cemetery.
Mrs. Barr was born in 1876, in Marion County, the daughter of Henry and Amanda Roush- In 1899 she married Thomas G. Barr, who preceded her in death, also two daughters, Edna Barr, Mrs. Ivy Barr Stine. and a grand son, Howard De Haai of Monroe.
Surviving are four children: Mrs. Alda Campbell Mrs. Case (Ersa) De Haai, and Amy Barr of Knoxville, and one son, Delbert Barr of Lorimor; eight grandchildren. 24 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren. Also two sisters, Mrs. Emma Welch of Maxwell, Mrs. Ruth Trunnell of Chariton; two brothers, Leonard Roush of Boulder City, Nevada, and Winfield Roush of Garvin, Minn.
