Louise Yeakley
Mrs. Louise YEAKLEY, 74, 228 West Ninth street, died at 4:10 p.m. Thursday in the Canterbury Manor nursing home where she had been a patient five months. She had been ill five years.
Born Oct. 22, 1899, in Rochester, she was the daughter of John and Estelle DAWSON SHELTON. Her marriage was Aug. 6, 1932, to Ray YEAKLEY, who survives. She had resided in Rochester all her life and was a member of the First Baptist church and a 50-year member of the Order of Eastern Star.
Also surviving are two sons, Phillip L. [YEAKLEY], Lansing, Mich.; David R. [YEAKLEY], Hanover, Pa.; four grandchildren; one twin sister, Mrs. Leone BIDDLE, Jackson, Mich.
Final rites will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Foster & Good funeral home. The Rev. Donald MAUGHAN will officiate. Burial will be in the I.O.O.F. cemetery here. Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 p.m. today.
