John Jehle, aged 81, resident of Sheboygan for the past fifty years, passed away at his home, 1632 Blocki court, Saturday afternoon at 1 o'clock, after a short illness.
Mr. Jehle was born in Baden, Germany, and came to America with his wife, directly to Sheboygan. Mrs. Jehle died Feb. 8, 1934. Mr. Jehle was a faithful member of Holy Name Church.
Survivors are: three sons and two daughters, John, Jr., Mrs. Marie Farchmin, Mrs. Ben Eickman, Joseph and Arthur, all of Sheboygan; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild. A son, Edward, preceded his father in death.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday morning at 8:30 o'clock at the Gerend Mortuary and at 9 o'clock with a requiem mass at Holy Name Church. The Rev. Philipp Dries will officiate and burial will be made on the Jehle lot in Calvary cemetery.
