He was a member of the Fishing Club at Shadow Lakes. Wayne was a lifelong musician currently the drummer in the Pyramid and Class VI bands and also played in numerous local bands. Member of Southwest Community Church.
Survived by his loving wife of 29 years, Cynthia (nee Sheppard); daughters, Shelly and Anna Walsh; parents, John J., and Lillian F. (nee Santoro) Walsh; sister, Laura (John) Dolehide; brother, Dale (Elizabeth) Walsh; mother and father in law, Joseph and Dolores Sheppard; brother-in-law, Steven (Maureen) Sheppard. Several aunts, uncles numerous nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.
Wayne was a wonderful husband, father, son and brother who loved fishing and his music.
A chapel service was held Wednesday May 30, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. with Pastor Joel Labertew of the Southwest Community Church officiating.
