Henry H. Toliver Sr., 84, died May 7, 2008 in Biloxi. He was the youngest of
eight children and a native of Tuskegee, Alabama. Mr. Toliver joined the Army
where he served from December 1942 through March 1944. He trained as a
paratrooper and a tank gunner. He also talked about serving as a Buffalo
Soldier in World War II. He was preceded in death by father, Waddie Toliver
Sr. and his mother, Mattie M. Toliver. Graveside service: Biloxi National
Cemetery.
