Funeral services for Charles Otis Caldwell, retired Panhandle grain dealer, will be held this afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the Methodist Church in Panhandle.
Rev. C.R. Rearick will officiate. Pallbearers will be M.B. Welch, M. E. Anderson, Troy Dowlen, C.C. Lawson, C.E. McCray and T.B. Harris.
Mr. Caldwell, 79 years old, had lived in Panhandle 25 years. He died Tuesday afternoon at the Witt Hospital in Groom.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Nancy B. Caldwell; two sons, C.A. Caldwell, Panhandle, and Otis T. Caldwell, Pecos; and three brothers, Loyd, Parmer, Idaho, Ralph, Buffalo, Okla., and S.E. Caldwell, Yakima, Wash.
Burial will be in the Panhandle Cemetery under the direction of N.S. Griggs & Sons.
