"Mrs. Sessions was the daughter of C. B. Magruder and Cornelia Smith Magruder, a pioneer family of Rockledge, Florida. She came to Tampa after her graduation from Bowling Green State College and was the Society Editor for the Tampa Times before her marriage to the late William C. Sessions. She was a member of the First Baptist Church for many years before moving to Vero Beach 10 years ago and a member of DeSoto Chapter of the D.A.R."
