Hazel Reagan Wilson, 89, of Englewood, died Thursday night, Dec. 10, 2009, at Life Care Center of Athens.
A native of Sevier County, and a resident of Englewood for the past 52 years, she was a daughter of the late West O. and Liza Watson Reagan. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Paul Lee Wilson, on April 9, 2005; one brother; and six sisters. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Englewood, and was associated with Johnson Manufacturing as a seamstress until her retirement.
Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Gary L. and Jane Wilson of Niota; three grandsons and their families, Gerald L. and Amy Wilson and their daughter, Allie Marie Wilson; Michael W. and Jill Wilson, their daughter, Emma Marie, and their son, George Wilson; and Thomas J. and Jessica Wilson, their daughter, Cora Jade Wilson, and their son, Jude Wilson; and one sister, Grace McMahan of Sevierville.
A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Union McMinn Baptist Church with the Rev. Bryan Coffey officiating. Burial will be held in Union McMinn Cemetery at a later date.
There will be no formal visitation.
The family has requested no flowers and that memorial contributions be made to First Baptist Church of Englewood or Union McMinn Baptist Church of Niota.
