Carroll Dunham graduated Columbia, 1847; College of physicians and surgeons, New York, 1850. He was president of the American Institute of Homoeopathy, and dean of the New York Homeopathic Medical College, and president of the American Institute of Homeopathy. He published "Homoeopathy the Science of Therapeutics" (1877) and "Lectures on Materia Medica" (1879). He married Harriet E. Kellogg, February 22, 1853; they had 6 children, including a son Carroll Jr.
