Born November 28, 1928, in Elwood, Indiana, she was the daughter of Fred and Cecil Heaton Endricks.
Ms. Carney was a graduate of Dunbar High School in Dunbar, WV. and lifelong resident there.
Having moved to Gainesville, six years ago to be closer to her daughter. She was also a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Gainesville Va.
Donna was preceded in death by one sister, Loranell Endricks; and one brother, Bud Endricks.
Survivors include her loving daughter and caretaker, Jill Bayard and her husband, Claude, of Gainesville; two grandchildren, Nicole Cowart and her husband, Kris, of Boston, Mass., and Mark Bayard of Florida; and one great-grandchild, Elizabeth M. Cowart of Boston, Mass.
