Laura Bell Adkison, 83, died Saturday, December 5, 2009 at Titusville Nursing and Rehab. She was born in Coffee County, Alabama and came to Titusville over 50 years ago. Mrs. Adkison was a loving and caring mother and grandmother. She loved gardening, history, children, and was willing to help anyone in need. Mrs. Adkison is survived by her sons Roger and his wife Martha of Scottsmoor, and Richard and his wife Tammy of Titusville, her daughter Barbara Kindsfather and her husband Jake of Social Circle, GA, and her daughter-in-law Debbie Adkison of Scottsmoor. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Christopher, Sarah, Michelle, Ken, Kelley, Richard Jr., Matt, Clinton, and Lara Ann, and her great-grandchildren Katie, James, Isabel, and Jailynn. Mrs. Adkison was preceded in death by her husband Lloyd and her son Butch. A visitation will be held Tuesday, December 8, 2009 from 6-8p.m. at North Brevard Funeral Home. Services will be at 10a.m. Wednesday, December 9, 2009 in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens.
