Born in White Oak, KY, Mrs. Blair was preceded in death by her husband, James Luther Blair, Jr.; her parents, Richard Morrison Adkins & Carrie May Adkins. She served as a draft board assistant for the U.S. Government during World War II and the Korean Conflict. She was a past President of the Charlotte Council Garden Clubs.
Survivors include children, Janet Wanda Blair and James Luther Blair III; granddaughter, Jennifer McKay Blair; & sister, Lillian Adkins Keeton.
Interment followed funeral services conducted Thursday, December 27, 2007.
