(I do believe this is Pvt. Judge P. Walters. He enlisted in Co. A. 9th Georgia Battalion Infantry with his brothers on May 10, 1862. This unit later became Co. D. 37th Georgia Infantry in May, 1863. Gravesite Details
He was originally buried in the Walters Family Cemetery in Hart County, Georgia. The graves in this cemetery had to be relocated due to the building of Hartwell Dam about 1960.
