This person could possibly be Judge P. Walters, born ca. 1840, son of Abraham and Margaret (Salmons) Walters; married Susan Frances Richardson on February 7, 1861 in Hart County, Georgia.

(I do believe this is Pvt. Judge P. Walters. He enlisted in Co. A. 9th Georgia Battalion Infantry with his brothers on May 10, 1862. This unit later became Co. D. 37th Georgia Infantry in May, 1863. I believe Judge was wounded in Georgia in 1864 and died at home the same year. Contributor: Tim Burgess (47983260))
