Mrs. Susiemay Whitaker, 82, Iron Hill Road, Dearing, Georgia, entered into rest Monday, April 14, 1986, in Medical College of Georgia, Augusta. The funeral will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Curtis Funeral Home, Thomson, with the Revs. James White and Cecil Hanson officiating. Burial will be in Dearing City Cemetery. Pallbearers will be, Lonnie McCall, Robert Landrum, Sam Griswell, Robert Gay, Johnny Green and Leroy Moore. Mrs. Whitaker was a native of Paw Creek, N.C. She was a retired textile worker and a member of Emmanuel Holiness Church. Survivors include her husband, Truman E. Whitaker; a daughter, Ruby Maree, Rock Hill, S.C,; a son, Floyd Johnson, Lancaster, S.C.; and four sisters, Julia Jordan, Docia Moore and Maude Denton, all of Augusta, and Loise Reeves, Clover, S.C.
