Darrell Gene Lackey of Arkana died Wednesday ( Feb. 17, 1993) at Mountain Home. He was 64.
Services will be at 2 pm Saturday at the Galatia Church of Christ with Bro. Don Pfalser officiating. Visitation will be 9 am to 9 pm Friday at Roller Funeral Home with the family receiving friends from 6 - 8 pm. Burial will be in Galatia Cemetery.
An area native, Mr. Lackey was born at Norfork July 18, 1928, a son of the late James Thomas and Betty Oral Lackey. He was a member of the Galatia Church of Christ and the Masonic Lodge.
He is survived by two sons, James Thomas Lackey and Darrell Gene Lackey, Jr., both of Mountain Home; two daughters, Julie Donohue of Florida and Karen Reeves of Salem; two brothers, Donald Perry Lackey of Jordan and Coleman Lynn Lackey of Kansas City, Mo.; a sister, Bonnie Felton of Amarillo, Texas; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and a sister.
Arrangements are by Roller Funeral Home.
