Mrs Agnes Gertrude Carey, 78, widow of Cornelius J. Carey, died at her home, 1131 N. Armstrong St, at 4 a.m Tuesday of a heart condition. Mrs Carey had returned only last Thursday from a visit in California and death came wholly unexpectedly.
Born Sept 12, 1876, at Greenfield, IND, the daughter of Neil and Mary O'Donnell, Mrs Carey had lived in Kokomo since coming here with her parents when a small girl. Sh was the last of the family of three sons and three daughters.
She was a member of the St. Patrick's Catholic Church and the Rosary Sodality. Her Husband died in 1930
