William S. Riley, 67, Dies in Hospital
William Sloan Riley, 67 years old, 710 South 19th street, died last night at a local hospital. He was born in Monticello, Ky., and leved for many years at Agency, Mo. He came here in 1942 and formerly was employed by the Kirkpatrick Jewelry Co.
Surviving are two sons, Sergt. Vincil H. Riley, with the marines in Korea, and William E. Riley, St. Joseph; three daughters, Mrs. Pauline Tracey, Kansas City, Mo., Mrs. Norma Landers of the home, and Mrs. Nelda Brazelton, St. Joseph; three brothers, Moody, Benjamin and Hobart Riley, Lathrop, Mo.; a sister, Mrs. Delia Sieber, Cameron, Mo., and seven grandchildren. The body is at the Barry mortuary.

Services for William Sloan Riley, who died Thursday, will be at 2 this afternoon at the Barry chapel. Dr. Adiel J. Moncrief officiating. Burial will await word from Mr. Riley's son, Sergt. Vincil H. Riley, who is in Korea. An effort is being made through the Red Cross to have Sergeant Riley returned for the burial services.

Riley Burial in Agency Today
Graveside services for William Sloan Riley will be held this afternoon at 2 in the Agency, Mo., cemetery. The Rev. Russell Phillips will officiate.
Funeral services for Mr. Riley, who died Dec. 3, were conducted last Sunday at the Barry mortuary. Graveside services were delayed awaiting the arrival of his son, Sergt. Vincil Riley with the marine corps in Korea. A wire recording of the funeral services was made so Sergeant Riley could hear it.
