Claude, of Campbellsburg, Indiana, passed away in his residence at the age of 57 years, 10 months and 1 days. He was the son of the late Claude E. Rainbolt Sr. and Nancy L. (Fulkerson) Rainbolt.
Claude was a farmer and retired employee of Cummins Engine in Columbus, Indiana. He was a member of the Hurstown United Methodist Church in Corydon, Indiana and served in the Armed Forces in the U.S. Army National Guard. Claude had been a resident of Washington County since 1963, formerly of Corydon, Indiana and was a graduate of Salem High School, Class of 1970.
Survivors include two daughters: Elisha Rainbolt of Pekin, Indiana and Claudia Rainbolt - Strange of Campbellsburg, Indiana; mother, Nancy Rainbolt of Salem, Indiana; brother, Alan Rainbolt of Campbellsburg; three sisters: Cheryl Hacker of Salem, Patty Zink of Campbellsburg, Cynthia Rainbolt of Salem; and one granddaughter.
Claude was preceded in death by his father and one brother (Robert Rainbolt).
