Judy Ann Wiggins, 59, of Heiskell, died Saturday, Oct. 27, 2001, at St. Mary's Hospice in Halls.
Mrs. Wiggins had worked as a probate clerk in the Anderson County Clerk and Master's Office for 22 years.
She was a member of Farmer's Grove Baptist Church in Clinton.
Mrs. Wiggins is survived by her husband, Kenneth Wiggins; her daughter, Kelly Wilson and her husband, David, of Tullahoma; her son, Kevin Riggs and his wife, Wendy, of Lenoir City; two grandchildren, Jake Wilson and Kevin Wilson; her father, Ralph Jones of Kingston; and four stepdaughters, Debbie Burris and her husband, Greg, of Lake City, Lynn Wiggins and Beverly Inklebarger and her husband, Fred, all of Knoxville, and Lea Barbee and her husband, Robert, of Powell.
She is also survived by four sisters, Pat Jones and Jane Lamb and her husband, Jerry, all of Kingston, Jean Russell of Fort Myers, Fla., and Margie Langman of Texas; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Elizabeth Jones.
The funeral will be held at 7 tonight, Oct. 29, in the chapel of Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton with the Rev. Theron Chewning, the Rev. Moss Beets and chaplain John Shaw officiating.
A graveside service will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 30, at Oak Ridge Memorial Park.
The family requests that any memorials be in the form of donations to Covenant Hospice, Suite A-202, 700 S. Illinois Ave., Oak Ridge, TN 37830.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 tonight at the funeral home.
