Curtis Raney, 55, Athens, died Tuesday at the Decatur General Hospital.
The funeral will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at Spry Funeral Home with Junior Long and Henry reeves officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery.
Mr. Raney was employed at Con-Agra and was a member of the Elm Street Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Nell Raney; a daughter, Diane Moss of Athens; his mother, Leona Raney of Ardmore; a sister, Becky Hargrove of Ardmore; two granddaughters and a great-grandson.
