Funeral services for Milo Burier White, accidentally killed near Ypsilant Thursday moring, were held Sunday fro the North Plains church with Rev. Paul Stewart of Ionia officiating. Prayer was offered by Rollin Severance of Saginaw, state president of the Gideon society, and a cousin of the deceased Mrs. Merritt Greenhoe and Mrs. Melvin Burtraw, accompanied at the piano by Beatrice Anderson Smith sang "The Old Rugged Cross" and "Someday We'll Understand". The extra music at the beginning and ending of the service was also furnished by Mrs. Smith. The Masonic order conducted the ritual at the grave, having marched thence accompanied by the ladies of the Eastern Star who carried the floral pieces of which there were many.

A splendid tribute to the esteem to which Mr. White was held in this community was witnessed by the many friends in attendance. Besides these, the friends and relatives from away were Mr. and Mrs. Douglas White of Flint. (Darwin Douglas White son from 1st marriage). W. H. White, Sr., of Northville, W. H.
