Leonard D. Hart, 75, of Finnerty Road died Tuesday at Oneida City Hospital after a long illness.
A native of Fenner, Mr. Hart also lived in Fleming, Watkins Glen and Jordan before moving to Williamstown in 1985. He was former owner of the Clyde Cakery, Baldwinsville, and also was employed with Van Duyn Home and Hospital. His wife, the former Gloria Ryan, died in 1977.
Mr. Hart was a former communicant of St. Patrick's Church, Jordan, and a former member of the Knights of Columbus and the Jordan Community Council. He was a former Boy Scout leader.
Surviving are two sons, Christopher L. of Paia, Maui, Hawaii, and Edward B. of Williamstown; two daughters, Constance M. Hart of Westvale and Linda L. Hart of Syracuse; a brother, Herbert of New Orleans, La.; five sisters, Ruth MaGee of Erieville, Lucy Parker of Cazenovia, Martha McDonald of El Sobrante, Calif., Louise Cunningham of Wayne, Pa., and Mary Hart of Hubbardsville; 11 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 9:45 a.m. Friday at B.L. Bush & Sons Funeral Home, Jordan, and 10 a.m. in St. Patrick's Church. Burial will be in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Jordan.
Calling hours will be 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, 15 N. Main St.
