1st wife of Scott Gartin married about 1891 in WV. As of Dec 2009 I did not find a marriage record for Scott and Sephrona.They appear on a 1910 census. On a 1930 census Sephrona is shown as single with her daughter Ida.
Children of Scott and Sephrona are: Martha, Rosa, Eliza Belle, John Lewis, William B., Charles Frank, James Harlin, Mary Margaret and Ida Laura Gartin.
