Husband of Betty Gordon. Father of Doug (Katherine) Gordon, Sally (Tom) Cloud and the late Steve Gordon. Stepfather of Karen Mick and Deborah Homme. Grandfather of Stephanie, Doug, Melissa, Catherine, Jessalyn, Sean, Jennifer, Jeffrey, Kimberley, and Jeremy. Great-grandfather of Jayden, Scott, Lillian, Cooper, Jordan, Andrew, Karena, Joshua, Aylissa.


Phil enjoyed a long life of family, friends, camping, golf, and Elks Club. Phil remained active in his military interests and NARFE throughout his life. A member of the Sacramento Chapter of the Widow Persons Association.


Friends are invited to attend graveside services on Tuesday 11:00 a.m. at Sylvan Cemetery (7401 Auburn Boulevard, Citrus Heights, CA).
