ELIZABETH SHERIFF
Mrs. Elizabeth Sheriff, of 55 East Dewey Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio, died Monday, December 20, 1971 as a result of injuries received December 11 when struck by a car on Oak Hill Avenue in Youngstown.
Born at Summerville, March 9, 1892, she was a daugher of A. C. and Elizabeth (McAleer) Thomas. She was married to Joseph Sheriff in 1925. He preceded her in death in August 1956.
Surviving are a brother and two sisters: Albert Thomas, Mrs. Sue Anthony and Mrs. Clara Thomas, all of Youngstown, Ohio.
Funeral services were held on Thursday, December 23 at the Fox Funeral Home with Rev. Wayne Meadows officiating. Interment was in Forest Lawn Cemetery at Youngstown, Ohio.
