Funeral service will be 10am Saturday, December 5, 2009 in the chapel of Broussard's in Nederland, Texas with Reverend Frank Hodges officiating.
Graveside service will be 2:30pm Saturday, December 5, 2009 in Magnolia Springs Cemetery in Jasper County.
Pam enjoyed crocheting and collecting angels and will be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother.
Pam is survived by her husband of 24 years, Henry Monk Jr. of Beaumont, Texas, her sons, Trey, Justin and Dylon Monk all of Beaumont, her daughter, Heather Monk of Nederland, Texas, her grandchildren, Johnathan, Jordan, Jayden and Avery Grace, her mother, Linda Douglas of Huffman, Texas, her step father, Richard DeCamp of Las Vegas, Nevada, her brothers, Steven Lee Douglas and wife Sandra of Huffman and Wayne Allen Douglas of Beaumont, her sister, Laura Doreen Pennachio of Huffman and a host of other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Wayne Douglas.
