Marjorie was an artist and loved to paint and was an excellent seamstress. She was a member of Keith Memorial United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 58 years, John Monroe Edwards; and one sister, Estelle Carpenter. She is survived by one son, John Edwards; three daughters; Ann Shepard and husband Don; Mary Beth Turk; Delores Jester; seven grandchildren; and fourteen great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday, December 3, 2009 at Keith Memorial United Methodist Church with Brother Dale Diffee officiating. Interment will be in Rockport Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Brent Peoples, John C. Edwards, Scott Carson, James Mears, Joe Faucett and Mike Long.
Arrangements are under the direction of Atkinson Funeral Home of Malvern, Arkansas.
