Born on Nov. 1, 1946 in Miami, she was a daughter of Hershel and Ruth Shiding.
Peg was an artistic soul who loved to sew, quilt, and paint. She cherished her time spent with family and friends. She will be dearly missed. She was a graduate of Delaware Valley High School, Class of 1964.
She is survived by her son, Michael Abelman , and his wife, Stacey, of Phoenix; a daughter, Karen Abelman and her companion, Scott Eden, of Billings.; four grandchildren: Alec, Jory, Sophia and Colin; her sister, Ruth Ann Worman and her husband, Howard, of LaBelle, Fla.; and a nephew, Scott Heisel of Easton.
Services were held on Feb. 1 in Billings.
Memorial donations can be made to the American Diabetes Association.
