The last will and testament of Mrs. A. L. Hillis, deceased, late wife of Maj. J.B. Hillis, was admitted to probate Friday morning. She provides that her grandson Jett Rodgers to be paid $25.00 out of her estate and the rents and income from her estate, both real and personal, shall go to her husband, J. B. Hillis, during his life and at his death to go her children, share and share alike. Mrs. Mary L. Roleson, and J.K. Malone were the attesting witnesses to the signature of the will.
