Murder Victim.

Warren was a senior at George Washington University, finishing his English degree. He was also the captain of the baseball team. He batted .367 and was the leading base stealer. He was hoping to be recruited by the Cincinnati Reds. He was murdered along with his girlfriend, Rachael Raver. Both cases went cold and remained unsolved for nearly 17 years. DNA finally linked California death row inmate, Alferdo Rolando Prieto, to the murders of Rachel Raver and Warren Fulton, as well as the separate murder of Veronica Jefferson, a resident of the Washington D.C. area. Prieto was found guilty by a jury and was sentenced to death for these crimes.
