Cindy was employed by Schindler Elevator for more than 30 years. She was a member of Bendersville United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her daughter, Joy K. Cline and husband Steve of Biglerville; two sons, Tracy A. Black and wife Lisa of Carlisle, Timothy J. Black and wife Theresa of Havelock, N.C.; two brothers, Kenneth Baltzley and Harold Baltzley, both of Biglerville; four grandchildren, Whitney S. Black and Nicolas J. Black of Carlisle and Michael A. and Meghan M. Black of Haveloch, N.C.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Jeffrey Baltzley.
Interment was in Oak Lawn Memorial Gardens.
