In fulfillment of the last wish expressed by Charles Youngren, his remains were laid to rest in the Kahbakong cemetery Wednesday afternoon when Rev C E Cesaner of the Lutheran church conducted the last rites. Mr Youngren was born here at Taylors Falls and spent all the days of his boyhood in these surroundings and his desire was to be brought home to rest.

Charles Frederick Youngren was born on March 20, 1882 and had attained the age of 46 years, 3 months and 20 days when death suddenly overtook him on Monday, July 9th. He passed away at the Fairview hospital in Minneapolis from pneumonia after only four days' illness.

Mr Youngren had been employed as a brakeman with the Northern Pacific railroad for the past twenty-three years.

The funeral services were held from the home of his mother, Mrs Catherine Youngren on Wednesday afternoon followed by interment in the cemetery where he rests beside the remains of his father.

He leaves to mourn his untimely loss his wife and four sons, Warren, Deal, Shannon and Narcisso. His aged mother Mrs Catherine Youngren, two sisters Mrs Mary Bishop of this place and Mrs W Laveen of St Paul and one brother, Victor Hamilton.
