According to records of his parents and older family names, Jay Hugh Price's name was likely John Jehue Price. There was also a John Jehue a couple of generations back. During a census early in his life, since he went by his middle name, his name was recorded as Jay Hugh instead of John Jehue. He went by this for the rest of his life and Jay Hugh is what is on his tombstone. He was my great great grandfather.
