PANHANDLE (Spc.) - Mrs. Hazel F. Pratt, 80, died Friday at 9:30 p.m. at Southwestern Osteopathic Hospital in Amarillo.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in the First Assembly of God Church in Panhandle, with the Rev. L.R. Green, of Pleasant Valley Assembly of God Church, and the Rev. P.M. Middaugh, local pastor, officiating.

Burial will be in Panhandle Cemetery by Smith Funeral Home.

Born in Chaney, Kan., Mrs. Pratt married V.L. Pratt in 1920 in Fort Supply, Okla. The couple moved to Carson County in 1929 and to Panhandle in 1940. She was a member of the First Assembly of God Church of Panhandle.

She is survived by three sons, the Rev. John Pratt of Slaton, Sam and Arty of Amarillo; a daughter, Mrs. Velma Davis of Amarillo; a brother, Harry Strandberg of Lincoln, Ark.; three sisters, Mrs. Mable Schwab of Fort Supply, Mrs. Edna Paul of Santa Barbara, Calif., Mrs. Glendene Pittman of Fort Supply; 14 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.

A son, Glenn, died in 1981.

Grandsons will be pallbearers.

PANHANDLE (Spc) - Services for Mrs. Hazel F. Pratt, 80, were held at 2 p.m. today in the First Assembly of God Church of Panhandle.

The Reverend L.R. Green of the Pleasant Valley Assembly of God Church, and the Reverend P.M. Middaugh, officiated. Burial was in Panhandle Cemetery by Smith Funeral Home.

Mrs. Pratt died Friday at Southwest Osteopathic Hospital in Amarillo.
