Mrs. Frances Juanita Ruf, 68, Athens, died Wednesday at her residence.
The funeral was to be today at 2 p.m. at McConnell Funeral Home with burial in Roselawn Cemetery.
Mrs. Ruf was a member of the First Baptist Church in Decatur. She was retired from Compass Bank, formerly Central Bank and State National Bank, and had been employed at Limestone Bank.
Survivors include her husband, Robert W. Ruf; two brothers, Pettus Menefee and Stanley Menefee, both of Athens; a sister, Betty Jean Phillips of Decatur; and several nephews and a great niece.
