William Harvey Andrews was the son of Daniel F. Sally H. Morton Andrews. He was born at Silver Creek, PO, Maury, Tennessee.He was married twice. The first time to Artimissa Jane Law. They married on Mar. 7, 1863 at Ava, Mo. To this union was born seven children. He married the second time to Mary Jane Privett on Nov 26, 1900 in Ava, Missouri
