Mr. Addeo was born here, son of the late Samuel and Mary Addeo, and was a communicant of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, here.
He was an Army veteran of World War II, having served with the 4169th Quartermaster Depot Co., and was a member of Brighton Memorial Post, Veterans of Foreign Wars, here.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Anna Yepello Addeo; two sons, John P. Addeo jr. of Eatontown and Michael Addeo at home; four brothers, harry Addeo of North Arlington, Carmen and Samuel Addeo of this city and William Addeo of Hackensack sand two sisters, Mrs. Anna Moss of Brick Township and Mrs. Mary Degli Esporspi of this city.
A Solemn High Requiem Mass will be offered Monday at 9 a.m. in Holy Trinity Church. The funeral will be from the Damiano Funeral Home with burial in Woodbine Cemetery, Oceanport.
