Betty (Mize) Dutton was born on August 12, 1932 in Wister, Oklahoma to Buford and Pirlee Oliver. She married Albert “Raymond” Mize on May 28, 1949. Raymond passed away on February 19, 1983. On September 8, 1992, she married Ralph Dutton in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma. Betty lived in Lindsay, Oklahoma for fifty years. She loved to crochet and make quilts. She also had a great love for all animals. She departed this life on December 31, 2014 at Norman Specialty Hospital in Norman, Oklahoma. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends who loved her.

Betty is survived by her husband, Ralph Dutton, her son, Leroy Mize and wife Letha of Stratford, Oklahoma, two daughters, Louise Clements and husband Steve of Hennessey, Oklahoma and Margaret Aycox of Lahoma, Oklahoma, four brothers: Lester Oliver, Donald Oliver, Stanley Oliver and Jackie Oliver and three sisters: Lynda Kesner, Sharon Madden and Wanda Taylor and twelve grandchildren: Al, Monicia, Melisa, Deann, Amy, Rosa, Charles Jr., Misty, David, Bradley, Nicki and Steve. She is also survived by numerous great-great grandchildren.

Betty was preceded in death by husband, Albert “Raymond” Mize, her parents, Buford and Pirlee Oliver, one son, Albert Mize and one sister, Helen Stokley.

Funeral services for Betty are set for two o’clock p.m. on Monday, January 5, 2015 at B.G. Boydston Funeral Home Chapel, located at 308 S.W. 3rd Street in Lindsay, Oklahoma with Bro. Bill Love officiating. Interment will follow at Green Hill Cemetery in Lindsay, Oklahoma. Services are under the direction of B. G. Boydston Funeral Home of Lindsay, Oklahoma.
