Claudia Elizabeth Hill, 52, of Oak Ridge, died Monday, Sept. 6, 2004, at Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge.

She is a true believer in God and has gone home to be with her sister, Sharon C., her family said.

In addition to her sister, she was also preceded in death by her father, Claude C. Hill.

She is survived by her son, Adrian Hill; her mother, Virginia Hill; nieces, Natasha and Tamara Carter; her aunt, Ruth Wilkerson and special friends of the family; Sheila Shropshire and Teresa Fritts and families; and other devoted friends and family.

The service will be held at 1 p.m., Friday, Sept. 10, 2004, in the chapel at Jarnigan & Son Mortuary with the Rev. Gene Glenn officiating.

Burial will follow at Oak Ridge Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 12:30 to 1 p.m. Friday in the chapel of the funeral home.

The family will assemble at 11 a.m., Friday at 138 Georgia Ave. for procession to the service.
