OREANA,Nov 22-Wesley Ragsdale 73 died at 9:30 oclock Saturday died at 9:10 oclock Saturday morning in his home here of a complication of diseases.
He was born June 13, 1852 in Pope county. Fifty four years ago he was married to Miss Sarena Rose in Golconda. The family moved to Oreana 15 years ago and have made their home ever since.
Mr. Ragsdal passed practically his entire lifetime on a farm. He was a member of the Baptist church.
In addition to his wife, Mrs.Ragsdale leaves seven children, John W. Ohio,and Frank Decatur, Lee Oreana,Mrs. Mary Boneham, Argenta, Mrs. Elizabeth Williams, Golconda,and Mrs. Era Faulkner,Brownfield.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 oclock Monday afternoon in the Oreana Baptist church conducted by Rev.Mr. Oglesby, the pastor . Burial will be in the Union cemetery.
