Archie Franklin Poole Jr., 60, Ringgold, passed away Saturday, December 31, 2005, at his residence. He was of the Methodist faith and was employed by the Coca Cola Bottling Company of Chattanooga. Mr. Poole served in the United States Navy and was preceded in death by his parents, Archie F. Poole Sr. and Ruby Mae Poole. Survivors are his wife, Jan Poston Poole; children, Selena (Dan) Miller, Chattanooga, Mark Reavely, Beth (Brian) Parrish and Susan (Randall) Flowers, all of Ringgold; five sisters, Mary Chambers, Rossville, Carolyn Watson, South Carolina, Lois Cannon, Chattanooga, Patsy Roberts, East Ridge, and Debra Pressley, Marietta; five grandchildren several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home chapel with Rob Pierce officiating. Interment in National Cemetery. Honorary pallbearers will be employees of Coca Cola Bottling Company. Condolences may be sent at www.heritagefh.com. Visitation will be 12-8 p.m. Tuesday at Heritage Funeral Homes and Crematory, Battlefield Parkway.
