Arno W Vogel, 67, of 713 Fourth St. Kiel, died Monday evening at Sheboygan Memorial Hospital where he had been a patient since Friday.
He was born at Kiel September 24, 1894, the son of William and Clara Vogel, and was married April 21, 1914 to Christina Gisch at St. Peters United Church of Christ, Kiel.
For many years he was employed at the Standard Oil Co. and prior to his retirement three years ago was superintendent at the Kiel Manufacturing Co. Mr. Vogel was a lifelong member of St. Johns. Church.
Surviving are his wife; a daughter, Mrs. Howard (Bernice) Bartelt, Milwaukee; two sons, Lester Kiel, and Arnold, Milwaukee; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 3pm Thursday at St. Peters Church. Burial will be in the Schleswig Cemetery, Rockville.
