Mr. Samuel Tucker, 85, Athens, died Monday at the Athens-Limestone Hospital.
Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at the Hobbs Street Church of Christ with Eugene Lindsay, Burl Grubb and Fred Evans officiating. Burial followed in the Roselawn Cemetery, Spry Funeral Home directing.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Amy Tucker; one daughter, Mrs. Lucy Kelley; one son, Casey Tucker, Greenbrier, AL; four grandchildren; three stepdaughters, eight stepsons; and one brother, John Tucker, Fayetteville, TN.
