Naomi F. "Tiny" Bryant, age 85, of Maumee, died August 21, 2005, at the Lutheran Village of Wolfcreek. Naomi was born July 7, 1920, to Lila and Ralph Burdo. She was a lifelong resident of Maumee and was very proud of that fact. Naomi was the widow of Robert Bryant who preceded her in death in 1998. She was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church her entire life and was the first secretary of the church under The Reverend Malcolm Ward. She was very active in all aspects of the church until her health declined. She participated in all of the women's organizations and taught Sunday School and sang in the choir in her younger days. Naomi was always interested in her children's activities in the Maumee public schools and community affairs.

Surviving are her son, Jeffrey (Delphine) Bryant; daughter, Cathleen L. Bryant and she was the proud grandmother of 6 grandchildren and great-grandmother of 12 great-grandchildren. Also surviving are sisters, Thelma Sechler, Laura Sherrouse, Helen Womack, Marilyn (Roger) Dean and brothers, Frederick (Suzanne) Burdo and Richard (Kay) Burdo. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Virginia Burdo.

Friends may call at the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, 501 Conant Street, Maumee Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Thursday from 2 to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at St. Paul's Episcopal Church at the corner of Wayne and Elizabeth Streets. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio, The Lutheran Village of Wolfcreek or St. Paul's Episcopal Church.
