Her parents were Anders Eriksson and Brita Lisken Svensdotter. She married Carl Peter Svensson on 15 Oct 1862 in Kristdala. Christina and Carl had three children, Karl August Seth, Franz Victor Severin, and Nils Peter Albert. Carl Peter Svensson died on 12 Nov 1871 in Mönsterås parish. Christina and her sons farmed their small and and Lars Johan Larsson Bräberg work on the farm for 2 year and then he married Christina. Christina and Lars had one son Sven Johan Gotdfrid Bräberg.
They family immigrated to America in 1882 and 1883. When they arrive in America their names changed to John and Christina Broberg, and the sons were Charles August Seth, Frank Victor Seth, Albert Peter Seth, and John Godtfred Broberg.
John homesteaded on a farm 4 miles west of the Sandstrom Cemetery. Christina died 6 Aug 1891. John remarried Anna Christine Peterson and had 3 addition children.
